The hotel is in a central location in Osijek, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very hospitable, the staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are superbly furnished with modern amenities. Typical of the atmosphere is their "exchange" bookshelf in common area where you are encouraged to take a book and leave one of yours instead. I'd be very happy to stay there next time I'm in Osijek. Some travelers complained in their reviews about the facade of the building. I asked the staff about it, and they told me that since they're in the historic district, they need to wait for the city historical conservation authorities to renew it, they can't do it themselves. Don't let that put you off - what matters is inside the building.

The owners and hostes were fantastic. They could not have been any more helpful. Beautiful building restored in the older part of town and close to the lively square. Surrounded by history, I could not fault this place and will be certain of a return trip.

We also appreciated the self-service coffee and tea available throughout the day. the location was perfect as it was close to local sites and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.

the lack of soundproofing in the rooms meant that we could hear people walking in the corridors and in nearby rooms.

Overall an excellent experience! Old building gives a special atmosphere and the people running the establishment is very friendly and helpful. Located right in the middle of the old town within walking distance to everything including good restaurants and pubs! All of the above comes at a really good price. Will recommend it over and over !

This hotel has everything I wanted! Perfect location close to bars and restaurants, with the old town square just a stone's throw away. My single-bed room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Location was fantastic. Hotel is in the old cobblestone Tvrda district, which is very picturesque and sits right on the Drava River. Out the back gate of Tvrda is the river with a lovely and easy walkway into the center of Osijek, which is also very interesting. The room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was good, with a large shower. Staff was very nice. Wireless internet in the room. Lots of cable TV stations in a variety of languages. Convenient street parking.

Only minor inconvenience was that the room only had one electrical outlet which was already loaded with TV and refrigerator, and the one outlet is not close to the desk for computer access. Had to unplug TV to recharge computer, phone, and camera.

The attention to detail was evident as soon as I entered the spacious and well-designed room. Complete with private facilities and a wonderful view, I felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my mornings was the hearty breakfast served in the kitchen, which included fresh rolls that I couldn't get enough of.
